Charitable Trust
RRF-1/CT TR1
The RRF-1 & CT TR1 forms need to be completed & filed each year to keep your 501c3 status current. Submit forms to the Attorney General and a copy to 18th District by Nov 15 each year. Keep a copy for your records.

TOTEM
e-membership
TOTEM e-membership allows you to join a unit online. Monies are auto added to the unit, district, CAPTA and National PTAs. Click here for more info, to sign your unit up, or to join a unit.

Unit Report
Please turn in this form each month by emailing it to the
18th District Historian
and keep a copy for your records so that you can use it to calculate your volunteer hours at the end of the school year. Report due by 15th of ea month for previous month.
